At least 374 pieces of gelatine sticks, 800 pieces of detonators, and 500 metres of fuse fire were recovered.

Nagaland has about 270-km long border with Myanmar manned by the paramilitary Assam Rifles. The dense forest cover makes the border porous and vulnerable to trans-border movement.
