The meeting would centre on issues of Inner Line Permit, lifting of Protected Area Permit (PAP) by the Centre and the Bru problem.
"The MZP takes the government's decision very seriously as we have been involved with the issues all the time," the student leaders told a press conference here.
Pointing out the students body had been left out of the meeting where major political parties and all the NGOs were present, MZP leaders said the government should explain why the organisation had not been invited.
The student leaders said they appealed to all the NGOs and the opposition parties not to attend the home minister's meeting through the media, as there was time constraint to formally made written appeals.
