Aizawl, Apr. 19 (PTI) The second wave of the third phase of repatriation of Bru refugees from Naisingpara relief camp in North Tripura district, scheduled to begin from today, was deferred till tomorrow, official sources said. A team of offcials from the Mizoram-Tripura border Mamit district left for the Naisingpara camp today to oversee the process, the sources said. Around 127 Bru families were to be brought back on the second day of the third phase and would be resettled at Tumpanglui, Sihthiang and Bunghmun villages. Refugees from Naisingpara, the largest Bru relief camp, were given priority as the camp was ravaged by devastating fire a month ago killing 17 people and gutted more than 3,000 houses.
